Key Responsibilities
- List, market, and sell residential and commercial properties.
- Assist property owners in leasing and selling their properties.
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
- Build and maintain a strong portfolio of available properties.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and business development activities.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate successful transactions.
- Provide clients with market insights and property valuations.
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company standards.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and prepare transaction documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai’s secondary sales and leasing market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.
