KMJ Properties is looking for a creative, energetic, and results-oriented Marketing Executive to strengthen our brand presence, generate quality leads, and support our sales team through innovative marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing digital marketing activities, social media platforms, content creation, property promotions, and brand awareness initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads for sales and leasing teams.
- Manage online advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing strategies for better results.
- Track leads and provide performance reports to management.
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Create engaging content including posts, stories, reels, and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
Content & Branding
- Coordinate property photoshoots and video productions.
- Work closely with the Videographer and Sales Team to create compelling property content.
- Develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and email campaigns.
- Support company branding initiatives and public relations activities.
Website & Portal Management
- Assist in maintaining the company website and property listings.
- Ensure all marketing content is accurate, updated, and aligned with company standards.
- Improve online visibility and brand awareness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience.
- Experience in Dubai real estate marketing.
- Knowledge of social media marketing and digital advertising.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, AI tools or similar design tools.
- Strong communication and content-writing skills.
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
