KMJ Properties is looking for a creative and talented Videographer & Content Creator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality property videos, reels, social media content, and promotional materials that showcase our listings and strengthen our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture professional videos and photos of residential, commercial, and off-plan properties.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Edit property tours, promotional videos, reels, and company branding content.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop creative campaigns.
- Operate camera, lighting, audio, and drone equipment (where applicable).
- Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on social media trends and real estate marketing strategies.
- Manage and organize video and photo assets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in videography, photography, and video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
- Experience creating content for social media platforms.
- Strong creative and storytelling skills.
- Knowledge of drone operations is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Real estate industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
