KMJ Properties is a growing real estate company in Dubai, and we are looking for a passionate and driven HR & Talent Acquisition Executive to help us build a strong, high-performing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys recruitment, employee engagement, and creating HR processes in a dynamic and fast-growing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various positions within the company.
- Post job advertisements on recruitment platforms and social media channels.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support the onboarding of new employees and ensure a smooth joining experience.
Human Resources
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and HR-related correspondence.
- Assist in managing employee benefits, leave records, and attendance tracking to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive company culture by organizing team-building activities and addressing employee inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
- Organize team-building activities and initiatives to foster a positive company culture.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Coordinate with external service providers and government-related entities when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of HR, recruitment, or administrative
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws is an advantage.
- Real estate industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
